1. Booking Agreement

By booking a domestic or international package with Poyoka Travel Companion, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Every booking is subject to hotel and flight availability.

2. Payments & Pricing

All pricing for customized travel packages is subject to change based on seasonal demand, flight charges, fuel surcharges, and local taxes. Bookings are confirmed only after the receipt of the initial advance payment as specified by our travel curators.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation rules and refund percentages vary depending on the destination, hotel policies, and flight terms. Flights are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our team..

4. Travel Documents & Visas

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from return date) and correct visa documentation for international trips. While Poyoka provides complete visa guidance, the final approval rests solely with the respective embassies.

5. Liability Limitations

Poyoka acts as an agent coordinating hotels, coaches, and local operators. We are not liable for travel delays, flight cancellations, accidents, loss of baggage, political strikes, natural disasters, or unexpected events beyond our control. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
